Virtual Seated Tai Chi

Join us on Facebook live as we stream one of our weekly Tai Chi classes with Petra. While Tai Chi is meditation in motion, seated Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements meant to reduce stress, reinvigorate the body and center one’s self.
